  The property is in a good location. It’s close to major shopping centers.
  
  What could be improved: The property didn’t find my bookings listing at all, which causes a lot of confusion at the counter. The front desk obviously basically charged me a higher room fee while they investigate. The room they assigned at the spot is on much lower floors than the one I booked and it wasn’t completely clean. Comparing to Shenzhen Conrad and other Conrad’s I stayed before, this is disappointing.

  The aesthetics of the hotel from inside as well as outside, convenient location, it was very clean and hotel staff was helpful and the breakfast was amazing.
