You know how stressful it can be hunting for parking in Chinese cities, so having that sorted removes one major headache. The area has that nice mix of local businesses and convenient shops, so you’re not stuck in some sterile hotel district.

The Room Experience

My room was exactly what you’d expect from a solid four-star property — well-appointed without unnecessary frills. The bed was genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathroom had good water pressure, which matters more than you’d think after walking around Hangzhou all day. The windows offered decent views of the neighborhood, and I liked that you could actually open them for fresh air. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which is crucial during those humid summer months.

The hotel restaurant serves a mix of local Hangzhou specialties and more familiar international dishes. I mean, you’re not going to get the best xiaolongbao in the city here, but for hotel food, it’s actually quite respectable. Breakfast had enough variety to keep you happy for several days, with both Western options and local favorites. The service throughout the hotel feels attentive but not hovering — they seem to understand when guests want space and when they need help.

  Excellent breakfast buffet! Very nice and rather spacious room. location great as we were here for a sports competition and the hall is in walking distance. staff were very helpful and were able to help for booking a taxi etc. Would book this hotel again.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was nice except that Wifi was not always working well. This is something that needs to be improved – especially on this level. But that was the only problem. Everything else was top.

  What could be improved: EBO HOTEL no tenía mi reserva, a pesar de que yo recibí confirmación de Booking. Por favor, Booking, revisen su relación con Ebo Hotel, pues, la sensación que me dio es que ni siquiera miran las reservas que les llegan de Booking. Afortunadamente tenían habitación disponible, pero… NO ACEPTAN VISA. Me tuvieron que prestar dinero… Ojo con las reservas en este hotel.
