  This hotel provides many extra services compared to the similar hotels in China: free coffee and tea all day long, excellent gym and several washer and dryers. The room is modern and at great location, near many restaurants and 3 lines of subway. The breakfast has many choices, but western and traditional Chinese foods.
  
  What could be improved: There are too many guests smoking in the residential areas, either near elevator area or in the room. We have to change a different floor. When we told the front desk, they didn't bother to do anything, just suggested us to change a room the next day. However, there were still someone smoking in the new floor. If they want to be a real 4 star international hotels, they have to enforce the non-smoking rule! This is the only reason that I gave low score to comfort and cleaning. There are cigarette buds near the elevator area for days. We specifically booked a non-smoking hotel, but finally had smoking smell all the time.
