  Great communication with the staff via message on booking.com. Value was phenomenal for the area. Location was phenomenal. Right outside your doorstep you had access to amazing shopping and eating. Very close to historic landmarks. We were just mesmerized by the convenience of everything around us. Westlake is just a short stroll away. We really enjoyed the prime location of this hotel. Metro station is within walking distance. Laundry was free to use however just one washer and one dryer. No gym facility but so nice to just be able to run around the neighborhood and to Westlake. The staff at the front were extremely helpful with finding us taxi accommodation And With some of the language barrier. English was proficient. The room was excellent with old-school charm but all updated modern amenities. The bathtub was amazing and the room had all the modern amenities you needed for a very comfortable stay would highly recommend this hotel for any family visiting Hangzhou.

  Excellent location. So close to everything and stones throw from the historic Hefang street. We walked everywhere and just loved the vibe.
  Very friendly and helpful young lady at the front desk. The washing facilities were very handy too. Overall we had a great stay at this hotel.

  The location is amazing. On a quiet street next to the start of the famous Hefang Street and about 5-10 min walk to Ding'an Subway Station which has direct trains to everywhere. I found 4 halal restaurants nearby. I LOVE the bougie, nostalgic 1930s vibes of the lobby and the room. The room is clean and so beautiful and I enjoyed my 3 night stay, especially with the clawed bathtub. I love the good quality tea sachets you take from the lobby Shout out to the wonderful and forever helpful front office staff who gives good advice . They msged me immediately about the clothes I had left behind and expressed parcel deliver it to my next hotel in Suzhou. They assured me abt the delivery schedule and ensured I received it before I checked 2 days later. Highly recommended.
