  Great homestay & beautiful West Lake! The homestay has neat rooms, helpful front desk with basic English, convenient buses, and good coffee downstairs. West Lake in Hangzhou is a must-see!

  The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. (Note that they do not speak English so a good translation app is needed if you don’t speak mandarin.) They served a Chinese breakfast. There were a couple of different types. The noodles were great so we asked for that for the following mornings as well.
  They have a proper coffee machine and the coffee was surprisingly good.
  
  What could be improved: We had a problem finding the place on arrival because our taxi driver let us out at the bottom of many stairs. Booking.com hadn’t provided a phone number for the accomodation and the AI customer service agent refused to give it to us claiming it was policy. It was completely unhelpful. Perhaps clearer directions in Chinese would have helped. We eventually found the place with the help of a local.

  民宿设施很齐全，日常需要的物品一应俱全，不用额外费心。最戳人的是服务，老板和员工都特别贴心，有需求总能及时回应，细节处满是温暖。交通也很方便，出门就能搭上有“杭州最美公交”之称的87路，去市区或周边景点都顺畅。
  
  一楼的咖啡厅更是意外惊喜！每天来两杯现做的咖啡，口感醇厚又香浓，坐在店里看着窗外山景慢慢喝，悠闲又治愈。要是想找个清静舒服的地方放松，这家民宿真的闭眼选！
