  The room was clean and tidy. It's location no too far from metro allow ones to travel to various places.

  What could be improved: The safety issue is a huge concern. In the middle of the night, strangers who were given the same access card could get into my daughters’ room without permission. This is due to the carelessness and lousy system at the front desk. I complained to the manager in charged (and that was upon my strong request that manager came). Other than apologizing, that was nothing he could do, he said. Front desk has no empathy for the safety issue and never apologize. I will never stay here again. Neither would I recommend. Safety for my family is my priority, I don’t think anyone would disagree with me. And safety should be the NUMBER ONE priority to the hotel for its guests also, I believe.
