  The manager went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable, and proceeded to check in with me a few times during my stay. The hotel is extremely convenient to the Hangzhou metro. The breakfast was good and authentic Chinese.
  
  What could be improved: The rooms do not have irons or ironing boards and there is no laundry service. The hotel has a free laundry room with irons and ironing boards. Some of the rooms and halls have a smell of cigarette smoke. Most of the staff do not speak English, and they rely on digital translators.

  What could be improved: 酒店的软饮可以不要一瓶一瓶的嘛？冰箱打开来一看，一瓶330毫升的可乐和雪碧，看上去太小气了吧？这么大的一个酒店，788¥一晚的房费，而且电影票也没有拿到（说是隔壁影城有什么问题）
