  the place was very cozy and welcoming, especially the staffs there. our room had a bathtub which was well maintained and we could comfortably enjoy ourselves in the bathtub. during our first day there, we were a little confused and didnt reslly know where to go. the staffs there were kind enough to reccommend us some places to eat and shop at. they also serve breakfast which was really warming and nice as the weather was really cold there. after we checked out, we decided to walk around the area since we had some time left before our depature. my friend suddenly fell sick and needed some rest. the homestay was kind enough to let us stay for another 4 hours so that my friend can rest. furthermore, they even offered us lunch for free which would probably not happen in other hotels/homestays.

  The B&B is the most impressive one we have experienced. It's not only clean and designed functionally, but very tasteful. The owners and staffs are very friendly. They went extra way to help you. The breakfast is also the highlight. We didn't expect such varieties and being delicious. And night dessert! The location is excellent for tourists too! If you want to experience the beauty of XiHu, and the local culture, this is the place.

The public areas are very tastefully designed and rooms are clean and spacious, the owners and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Chatted with the owner who shared he was inspired by his many personal trips to set up a homestay that would create great memories for the guests. Special mention to the two ladies who prepare the delicious breakfast every day!
