  Great staff, saved me from a potential crisis on my first night.
  Also good english (not perfect but impressive compared to most around, only getting lost on tricky words or sentences).
  
  What could be improved: Honestly not much, I'd bring a bag to lean against the wall light if you're particularly light sensitive and making sure you have the right power adaptors is a must but neither of these is a bad thing unless they're something you're not expecting or prepared for.

  Ik had de mooiste kamer van mijn heele vakantie tot nu you. Een kamer met heel veel atmosfeer , houten vloeren en mooie decoratieve houten balken. Het was top. Het personeel was heel hulpvaardig.

  Located in a small but picturesque neighbourhood on the edge of the botanical park and the city. Quiet, with interesting places to eat if you are a foodie explorer, and all kinds of markets just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel staff was kind and always attentive to helping me. I'm specially happy they accepted my cat, the balcony was great for mine and her distraction.
  
  What could be improved: There´s a construction going on just next to it so it was noisy and breaking the calm of the place. I spent 14 days in the hostel and got used to it, but I hope it finishes soon.

  Situated in a beautiful and picturesque place, it is not long to walk to Lake Xihu.
  we don't speak chinese, tried to communicate through a translator.
  the hotel staff are always friendly and constantly helped us. For example, they gave us an adapter from a European plug to a Chinese one
