  Cardine was great help at the front desk. Great view of West Lake from the room. Excellent location. Best on the lake.

  What could be improved: The W.C. in the toilet is old model, this is the only negative side that I cannot give full mark.
  Further improvement is required, please refer to the Japan's standard with heater and auto washing.
  However, the room design is perfect.
