  Очень приятная девушка-админ, мы не прочитали, что персонал не говорит на английском, поэтому девушка сразу подошла к нам с переводчиком, чтобы мы её поняли. Персонал отзывчивый и доброжелательный, было очень приятно общаться. В целом проблем с заселением не возникло, номер уютный, есть всё для комфортного пребывания! Местонахождение в очень тихом, спокойном районе закрытого типа, также присутствует очень красивая территория традиционной архитектуры! Рядом также есть всякие магазинчики и кучу ресторанов.
  
  What could be improved: Достаточно далеко от метро, было проблематично добираться с чемоданами, также в здании нет лифта и было тяжеловато тащить чемоданы, но админ нам помогла дотащить, так что это за минус не особо считаем. Немного грязновато было в номере, тк комната находится на чердаке, в душевой и туалете было немного паутины и пыли.

  The property is located near botanical garden and at the end of the main restaurants/hotels area. During the night it was quiet. The garden is lovely specially in spring while fruits are ripen and trees are freshly green. I spent much time there listening to fish and the nine year old turtle. My room is small as I was solo. I have also used the Japanese room for my yoga. They serve nice quality tea and it’s part of the experience to be in the tea capital of south China. I plan to stay there again in my future visit.

  Very clean and convenient. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Our heater in the room has some issues on the first day of checking in. They immediately sent the repair man to fix it and also brought in a portable heater for us. I love the location, nearby has a row of shops for food even at night.

  Really quiet district not far from Xihu. The Subway station is not that far, but the distance is not walkable. We mostly used didi (Chinese taxi) to get to the temples or parks. It wasn’t more than 20 yuan.
  Room is clean, facilities are new, toothbrushes are stylish.
  
  The street nearby is full of the restaurants. We found a really nice tiny family restaurant (where mostly locals eat). The food was great.
