The room I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows that actually made a difference — you know how sometimes hotels promise great views and deliver a parking lot? Not here. The furnishings lean contemporary luxury without being cold, and the bed was genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses). The bathroom felt spacious by Chinese hotel standards, with a separate shower that had proper water pressure. There’s also a decent fitness center and spa facilities, though I’d say the spa is more about relaxation than being a destination in itself.

  Incredible hotel. The staff speaks reasonable English. The level of service is amazing, in every aspect you can think of. The room (city+river view) had amazing view, was spacious, well equippped, and the bath is amazingly big and luxurious-not comparable to anythinh I have ever seen, even in 5☆ hotels. Good location near metro if you need. Had a conference across the river-10 minutes didi drive there, very convenient. Amazing diversed breakfast with local and western food. Overall highly recommended.

  What could be improved: The shower and bath is in the same area. So when you shower, the whole floor is wet. And you cannot put a bathroom mat down when you decide to try and take a bubble bath later. Section where the toilet was, smelled like urine.
