My room on the 12th floor had floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the city skyline beautifully, especially at sunset.   What could be improved: 酒店大堂bar服务不满意，送了咖啡卷去大堂喝，去的时候已经在大堂坐下很久没有人告诉我们需要去吧台点单。最后去问询才被告知，我问是否可以点咖啡，然后吧台人员看着我手里的卷说是的你那个卷就可以在这里用。大概就是这样的服务吧， 和酒店前台态度差别很多。
