  I recently stayed at McsrH Hotel – Hangzhou Xihu and had a wonderful experience.
  
  The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with a comfortable big bed that made for great sleep. Housekeeping was excellent—everything was kept spotless during my stay. I also appreciated the free laundry and clothes-drying facilities, which was a huge convenience.
  
  Amenities included a small gym with just a treadmill and an indoor cycling bike, which was enough for a light workout. The air conditioning in the room worked very well, and the water pressure in the shower was strong, making it very comfortable.
  
  Most importantly, the staff were incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful, which really made me feel welcome.
  
  Overall, I can confidently say this was a perfect stay. Highly recommended, and a solid 10/10 experience!
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, I didn't know any Chinese, so I couldn't communicate more with the staff. That would have been fun!

  The location is fairly close to West Lake (Xihu) and a few bus lines, and you can easily rent a bike within a short walk — sometimes even right in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free upgrade to one of our rooms and their assistance with connecting to Wi-Fi using their phone number.   What could be improved: It’s not near any metro station, and there aren’t many restaurants or convenience stores nearby, which can be a bit inconvenient for longer stays. Additionally, the wifi requires a Chinese phone number to receive the login code — something that can be quite inconvenient for international travelers. Although the hotel offers free laundry and drying, but the machines are small and not very efficient. We had to wait quite a while for clothes to dry and weren’t sure when the cycle would end. The gym was also underwhelming — just a treadmill and a stationary bike, both located inside the laundry room. The room itself was quite small but clean. One thing we noticed was that the hallways often had leftover food packaging or trash placed outside the rooms, likely from guests who ordered delivery and left it out for staff to collect. While this might be part of their process, it doesn’t leave the best impression.

  The delivery robot for food orders. Hard to get on meituan etc as a foreigner but worth it, just to see a delivery robot in action. Other than that the rooms are serviceable and you get what you pay for. No soundproofing but theres none in any hotel in China.
