  This hotel was the best! It had a mini fridge, curtains you could control with buttons (and maybe words but we don’t speak Mandarin so we couldn’t figure this out) and a toilet with a remote control. The decor was very nice, the bed super comfy, and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. There was a free laundry service and we had the breakfast one day which was also good. The hotel is also in walking distance from West Lake, and has a shop across the street.

  What could be improved: Je pense que je personnel jeune fzit le maximum mais à certains moments à l accueil on ne peut pas laisser un seul agent d accueil pour les nombreuses sollicitations. Sur booking l hôtel n a pas répondu à une demande notre part ce qui a compliqué notre demande une fois arrivée. En tout état de cause cela n est pas si grave que ça. Je pense que c est un très bon hôtel en définitive
