  The amount of space for our 2-bedroom apartment – with a hotel front desk – for the price we paid is so value-for-money. Apartment is very well furnished, bathroom is nicely done up, and clean. Our family of 4 loves it.
  The complimentary welcome snacks/beverages is a nice bonus touch.
  
  What could be improved: Location is a bit far from the major tourist attraction like West Lake by car (traffic in Hangzhou is bad); but it is nice that food options are steps away and a pretty big and nice shopping mall is an easy 10 min walk away.
  Though kitchen is big, there is no cutlery (plates, spoons, forks, chopsticks) provided; also no utensils for cooking. But it’s alright because we could get disposable chop sticks from front desk.

  Conveniently located outside Sanba Station (Exit D) that’s between two high speed railway stations, it’s easy to travel around Hangzhou. Neighborhood is family friendly with good variety of local eateries at door step and a huge mall 2km away. Hotel staffs are helpful and responsive. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness very well too.

  This was the second time I stayed here. I really love serviced apartments because they come with a fridge and washing machine, allowing me to do some laundry during the trip. In fact, the washing machine also had a dryer.
  The loft apartment was spacious, well-lit and felt like a 'home away from home'. The staff was friendly.
  Shama is not in the city center, but it's right next to exit D of the Sanba subway station. The surroundings are nothing to write home about, but Sanba station has lots of catering options. Being relatively centrally located in the north of Hangzhou, you can quickly get to many places by metro in 30 minutes or so (including the high-speed railway station).
  It's also an affordable option for what your get.
  Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Hangzhou.
  
  What could be improved: The pillows made me sweat at night, probably because of the material used.
  Lighting in the kitchen could be better.

  The excellent location just next to Sanba metro station with many restaurants (Starbucks, Burgerking and etc in the station.

  Hotel was spacious and the metro was literally right next to the hotel. The connecting lines easily take you to many of the main tourist hotspots in under 30 minutes. Getting to the airport takes about an hour with only two line changes. Since it is slightly away from the main district, the neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful at night.

  I was impressed with the apartment layout during this trip. The main highlight was that the front load washing machine was available in my room and it had the drying option as well, which was perfect!
  There was 7eleven, Sukiya, MacDonalds and Subway just below, so it was really convenient for us to get breakfast or a quick lunch before heading out. There is a mall about 1.5km away that you can explore as well.
  The staff were really helpful with the arrangements during my stay.
  I appreciate the overall arrangements for me to get a beautiful view of the city as well.
  
  What could be improved: I have to emphasize that wifi was rather weak and also the location setting to be outside of MacDonalds (beside the bustop) was probably the most challenging part when it comes to ordering for a DiDi Ride (Online Hailing Ride)
