  I love the room setting, the toilet design is anti-slipping in the bathroom & I really love the help of the kind staffs at lobby 😊 Special thanks to 可君 as she patiently help with my sister for direction, introducing foods nearby and also help with our wifi connections. As we travel as a family of 5 & my parents also require connections for their laptop, 可君 helped us to connect one by one. Upon checking out, she also helps us to check the destination towards the hangzhou railway, as there are a lot of different entrance.

  Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Loved how techy the room was, with a heated toilet bowl and smart TV! We were initially having issues connecting to the wifi, and the staff were super helpful in resolving it for us. It also comes with a self help laundry area, complete with a washer, dryer and ironing board. Location wise, it’s about a 8-10 min walk to the subway station, and has a china mobile (telco) in the area to get a prepaid card.
