  工作人员很有责任心，酒店价格很好，位置靠近地铁站，早餐不错。对于不介意烟味的是个性价比不错的酒店。
  
  What could be improved: 对我们来说最大的问题是烟味太大，因为酒店不禁烟，到处都有人吸烟，房间也有较重的烟味。另外酒店设施很陈旧。最大的问题是酒店不应该划归为五星尊贵型，误导预定，酒店应该是三星舒适型。

  The Location of the hotel is not exactly in the center of the city; however, it is very close to the center, which is an advantage because this way you will avoid the crowdedness of the area.
  I liked the idea of the laundry room, which is accessible at all times, a new concept for me.
  The hotel is spotless and always smells good, and it offers excellent value for money.
  
  What could be improved: Staff are friendly and helpful, but if you do not speak Chinese, get ready to use a translation app, as they do not even know basic English.
  The rooms are spotless, but they are a bit cramped.
  I have never seen people smoking in an elevator in my life, anywhere other than this hotel.
  The breakfast menu was not so good for me, cheese, a bigger variety of bread, and olives are always welcome on the breakfast menu.
