  Brook at the concierge was amazing, he was friendly and detailed, and never hesitate to go the extra mile!
  
  What could be improved: two female staff at the reception were unfriendly and not very professional. one (sylvia) was rubbing her nose with tissue, and with the same hand, wanted my room card. Another female staff (Surname Fan?) , in darker uniform, had no eye contact when i spoke to her, and was very dismissive.
