There’s also decent parking if you’re driving, which isn’t always a given in this part of China.

  It is actually very near the station stated in the address however it was raining and the building name was not listed v clearly. I had mis-taken the business name, that is the operator's name as the building name and kept walking in circles till I called the reception. Overall, it is a convenient location with eateries after we figured out the area. It was like described in the booking description. Attached photographs are taken around the accommodation up till the train station entrance.
  
  What could be improved: In the corridor area, we can smell cigarette smoke and wondered how are buildings regulated and whether they were smoke/ safety detectors along the corridor for incidences.

  1. Apartment is nearby Metro Line 19-Hangchuangyuan Station within 7mins walk. Convenient to travel.
  2. Foods and convenient stores are at the ground floor of the apartment.
  3. Clean & tidy apartment with a washing machine, fridge, electric kettle, cooking pan, induction cooker, spatula, 3 plates, 4 cups + 4 pairs of chopsticks for simple cooking.
  4. Very helpful & friendly manager, front desk & housekeeping staff. The manager Wang Pei provided us the airport mid-night pickup with reasonable charges, drove us to the Police station the next day for the registration of the temporary residence certificate. Good communication & hospitality by showing us shops/places nearby the apartment as well as recommended places to visit and eat in China.
  5. Daily apartment cleaning with free 3 bottles of drinking water/day.
  6. Apartment with nice view of modern buildings & many trees. 3 comfortable beds.

  It's rather big and it was quiet. Maybe I was lucky with the neighbours. And the windows looked not on the main road. The metro Station is around the corner. Very clean, shops and places to eat in the same building.
  
  What could be improved: May be a short Video, how to find the proper entrance into the property would be helpful. Even with a screenshot of the map, which I got from the owner, I had to ask the locals. But they are helpful.

  The location is very near MRT station, so going anywhere is comfortable. There is washing machine available for use. The room can still accommodate around 5-6 people

  Serviced apartments have become my favourite accommodations in China. They have lots of handy extras like a washing machine and often are a fraction of the costs of hotel rooms, while they get cleaned and replenished every day. This fun little loft was no exception. I would definitely stay here again.
  Do check if the location suits your travel plans as it's far from the city center and West Lake (it's next to Alibaba's Xixi campus).
  
  What could be improved: The hosts need to fix the security threat with the door locks (they will know what I mean)!
  While the kitchen has an overload on cupboards they are all empty. Basic kitchenware is missing.
  Bed is hard and pillow is uncomfortably flat (Chinese style).
  Sending guests a little description/picture of how to find the entry would be really helpful.

  Great value if you travel as a group/family. The host and his staff were very helpful and attentive, not to mention the host speaks perfect English, a rarity in China.
